Club Car Eight (8) Passenger Stretch Limo Gas Powered Golf Cart

This meticulously cared for eight (8) passenger stretch limo gas powered 1997 Club Car golf cart was originally in service with Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL. From there it was cared for by a gentleman in Louisiana who bought it and updated it with a custom front nose along with a new paint job. When I bought the golf cart in 2011, our family had grown quickly due to the birth of our triplet boys in 2010. We needed a means of getting around our golf cart community and be a big enough cart that would allow us to strap in three car seats while giving us room for our nanny and grandparents. The fold down back seat is also great for transporting groceries, pool toys, sports equipment and anything else you need to haul throughout the week and weekend.

This has been the perfect cart for our family! In late 2015 the engine started to give me some troubles and the reverse went out. In early 2016 I started a full overhaul process stripping the golf cart down to its frame. From there I had the engine, transmission and clutch professionally rebuilt by an authorized club car mechanic who also installed a new carburetor I had recently bought. I had all of the aluminum trim and support brackets powder coated, reupholstered the seats and the entire body and roof was professionally painted in a beautiful metallic brown/copper/black/gold coating giving the golf cart a high-end, classy look.

Finally, I completed the look by installing new forward/reverse switch parts and adding a four (4) inch adjustable Jake’s lift kit along with four (4) brand new rims and tires. I even installed a brand new battery just a few months ago since the old one was starting to get sluggish. This golf cart is in incredibly great shape and continues to be meticulously maintained and garage kept. Something to also know is that the frame is completely solid which is rare. Most “stretched” golf carts are done so by bolting on pieces in the center to effectively stretch the cart.

The solid aluminum frame will stand the test of time and afford you years of reliable use. This cart is super easy to service with an oil drain plug in an easily accessible location. The entertainment system is all Sony and includes a CD and 3.5mm accessory port for easy connection of your digital music. Four speakers ensure you enjoy your music with pristine sound. At night, I installed surround LED lighting that shines in five colors or cycles through the colors to show everyone just how much fun you are having jamming out in your limo!

This comes in super handy during holidays. We’ve had so much fun during Halloween with spooky music and orange lighting. Or at Christmas, driving around the neighborhood with Christmas music playing, red lights glowing and enjoying all the beautiful houses with Christmas lights. Even during non-holiday evening runs to the grocery store or restaurants in our area, I find having these lights on makes our cart safer because people can see us (and sometimes hear us) coming from a mile away J. Oh, did I mention that the cart is outfitted with passenger seat belts, full time driving lights, nighttime headlights, side blinker and driving lights and rear break blinker lights?

This golf cart is road ready where allowed by local laws. This golf cart is being offered in an as-is condition as the one-year warranty provided on the engine and transmission will come due in April. I am happy to provide receipts for proof of the recent rebuild upon successful bid/purchase and deposit. Shipping is at the new owner’s time and expense unless otherwise negotiated.
