Electric Club Car Golf Cart With Charger

1993 Electric Club Car Golf Cart with Charger Golf cart was running fine then was not used for several months. We've tried charging it again to move it and it does not start. I'm not sure how old the batteries are. It also has a flat tire. See pictures - This item is for local pick up only!!
