Not sure of year just guessing @ 2000 Unknown working condition all electronics appear intact only thing I see needs attention is the "dashboard" as wires need a going through. 24 volt uses/needs 4 6 volt batteries Tires intact and rolls. Always garage kept.It will need some work but definitely cool once you get it going.Bring a trailer and a friend to push it on as it is heavy,or you arrange shipping.
