2 Star Neighborhood Electric Vehicles For Parts Or Rebuild

You are looking at 2 star b48-02 nev.built 2008.neither runs.i got these from hospital where I work.i paid somebody to figure out what was wrong with them.he started taking one apart and I never saw him again.motors are in both no chargers.there is some dings in fiberglass body.seats are ok there are holes in roof where light bar came off.only info I have on them is security bought new cars and as these sat. They used parts from these to fix other carts.they do come with upgrade rims and canvas rain covers door zip open.try to give as many photos as possible. These are being sold as is they do not run and I have no way of testing motors.
