For sale is a Custom Built 34 Roadster Golf Cart, built with a commercially available, professionally built fiberglass body kit, a Club Car DS chassis, and a High Performance GAS Engine. The Fire Engine themed cart was built in honor of the 19 Prescott (AZ) Fire Dept. Hot Shots who perished in the Yarnell Hill Fire on June 30, 2013. It was completed in March 2017, and has maybe 5 miles on it. Here are some details: CHASSIS- Custom Club Car DS chassis, professionally extended by 8 inches and reinforced to accept the custom body.

It has a new Jakes Front Spindle Kit with disc brakes. ENGINE- Brand New Vegas Carts 25HP VRX-460cc Golf Cart Engine w/Billet Connecting Rod & Chromoly Pushrods. Installed with Comet 780R Heavy Duty Clutch, Billet V-Belt Pulley, and new 1" Drive Belt. Mikuni Carb has High Flow Air Filter & Velocity Stack. Engine still uses Starter/Generator, so engine is started by depressing gas pedal.

A Honda Civic muffler was installed, so it's not too loud. While it's recommended that golf carts not be driven at speeds in excess of 35 MPH, this baby will go much faster. INTERIOR- New High Quality Fabric upholstery. New "Carbon Fiber" look dash with hour meter, & KILL Button. New Rubber Floor Mats EXTERIOR- Fire Engine Red Base coat/clear coat urethane paint, with fiberglass, white top.

Custom Fabricated & Chromed Front Bumper. Jake's Polished Stainless Steel Rear Bumper. Front Hood opens to access storage compartment, which has drains installed, and can be used as an ice chest. Custom Handcrafted miniature ladders mounted with all Polished Stainless Steel Marine mounting hardware. New Tires mounted on New Polished Aluminum Wheels.

These Fire Engine design Golf Carts are sold by at least two commercial builders, at a cost upwards of $20,000.00!
