Inks do have a 17 digit VIN# and are fully street legal as long as the road is posted 35MPH or less.(We currently have this Ford Think license plated & insured for use on the roads here in Delaware.) NK Neighbor is a battery powered vehicle, capable of speeds up to 25 miles per hour, designed for commuting within closed communities, resorts or work environments. This street legal cart is capable of speeds up to 35 miles per hour, via reprogramming. The interior is weather resistant and designed for ergonomic simplicity, function and on-board stowage.
