Freerider Mayfair S Mobility Scooter Single Seat Golf Buggy - Delivery Option

Hello there and welcome to this listing for a Freerider Mayfair S All-Terrain Mobility Scooter / Single Seat Golf Buggy with four brand new knobbly tyres and two brand new 50Ah batteries. This is a Class 3 vehicle meaning it is legal for both road and pavement use with a low and high speed setting switch. It comes with charger, good size backrest-mounted rucksack, front mounted basket, knobbly all-terrain tyres and is in very good condition bar some scuffs here and there as you'd expect of a used scooter - it can also be used as a single seat golf buggy after the addition of a cart bag holder on the rear as per photos. Front and rear lights (front light turns in the direction of the tiller / wheels) reverse bleeper, indicators all round, hazard lights and horn plus reflectors, a chrome front bumper, rear view mirrors on both sides and anti-wheelie bar at the rear for increased safety. With regards to the low/high setting you can easily switch speeds so if you’re playing with somebody then you can remain sociable at the lower speed (until one of you hits a hook and the other hits a slice !) or if you’re playing on your own then you can whoosh around the course at the higher speed.

It can legally be driven on the road to your local course then used as a golf buggy before toodling back home again after playing, no need to use your car (fuel saving and very ‘green’) no faffing with ramps, no loading and unloading, all with the very minimum of fuss and hassle – just stick your clubs on the back at home and off you go. If you’ve been struggling to make it round your local course of late, still enjoy the game and don’t want to be forced to give it up then this is for you. Conserve the energy you would have used for walking four miles or more and channel that into your golf swing to (hopefully) shoot lower scores and so enjoy the game more later into old age. For added buyer peace of mind it was fitted with two brand spanking new 50Ah black box sealed maintenance-free batteries purchased at the beginning of this month (September 3rd – see photos for receipt) These are the largest capacity batteries that can be fitted to this particular model and the published maximum range is 25 miles with this size of battery. In addition to this it also has four brand spanking new knobbly all-terrain tyres that were fitted towards the end of August and barely been used since.

The beauty of this idea is that when the golfing season is over it can be used as a mobility scooter in the usual way for trips to the shops and the like, until the following years golf season starts again making it a real year round multi-purpose solution. Collection is from Spondon DE21 and I am retired so can be here any time that suits you best, or I will deliver this anywhere in mainland UK and possibly beyond for the price of fuel – no more, no less. I have done this with a few larger items over the years and delivered from Coventry to Carnoustie (honestly !)
