I have to say these gem cars gets plenty of attention going down the road. The E4 is street legal (most states) as long as you stay in speed zones 35mph or lower (check with your local DMV ). This Gem car tops out about 25mph , Has a low/high speed switch, will come with Chrome trim Headlights with high/low beam, horn, turn signals, Windshield wiper, REVERSE LIGHT, and orange strobe light (shown in picture) .
