2001 Gem E825 4 passenger Electric car. Has headlights, turn signals, seatbelts, and also a cargo trunk. Just put new tires and rims on. The original color was green, but it has been repainted black. The batteries are less than 1 year old, They will charge and run but will shut off sporadically and show errors on the dash panel.

We have taken it to a local golf cart shop and was told it needed a new wire harness, or someone to trace the faulty wiring. No title.
