Photo 4 for 2002 LC3 Electric Street Legal Car (Factory Prototype)

I have just bought this same car, not running, have you worked on yours? I put new batteries in and have tested motor, controller and solenoid, all good, think its my potentiometer, do you have any knowledge, i have no user manual, not sure if I'm missing something simple
