Miles ZX40S-AD 4 Door Hatchback Lsv Electric Street Legal Golf Cart

This is a 2009 Miles ZX40S-AD which was the last year this model was made before Miles went bankrupt. It was originally purchased by a government agency and used on the public streets as a safety vehicle. I ran it up and down the street a few times and up a steep hill and it held 25 mph with no problems. This class of car is considered a LOW SPEED VEHICLE (LSV) or as a NEIGHBORHOOD ELECTRIC VEHICLE.

This car is a glorified "street legal" Golf Cart and still has the factory top speed limit set to 25 mph. (see internet for mods) I am not sure of range, but would guess in the 30-40 mile. Clear title in my name and selling as-is, where-is. Needs: * Brakes need gone through, as they are noisy from surface rust from long term storage. It has disk brakes in front and drum in rear.

* Batteries replaced, factory used SIX 12 volt car batteries of 160Ah / can go smaller or bigger depending on the range you are looking to get. Buy definialty AGM (sealed) style.* (missing) radio and one piece of roof rack trim * Tires have flat spots from sitting, might run out over time. Good candidate for a Lithium Battery conversion.
