Studer 169 10 Channel Mixer

For sale here is my very nice Studer 169 ten channel mixing console. The Studer is an excellent vintage board whether you just use it for the 10 microphone preamps or mix a whole project on it. I have used everything and nothing comes close at this price point. You probably already know this if you are looking, but the Studer consoles of this era are unsurprisingly world class and the eq is legendary. The 169 is the second generation of consoles built to very high sonic standards by Willi Studer in Switzerland in the late 70's and early 80's.

The Studer 169 console is one of the top consoles used for recording music and on location and has been loved especially by orchestra recording engineers for it's accurate, open, and ultra-smooth sound and gently warm color character. The 169 is also portable and this particular one operates on batteries as well as ac, which is clean sounding and greatly convenient. Unit has an outboard power supply and board cover making it easy to mail or carry without damage.
