TeeBird model GT-370, classic 1960s golf cart. Includes roof and windshield if you care to use them. I was intending to do a restoration project on this —maybe lithium ion batteries, electronic controller (has the old resistive type now), new tires, LED headlights...you know. But have too many tasks on my list - such as running a small ranch alone, caring for livestock and 5- large breed working dogs, maintaining my home business, and on and on. After sitting for 6 months it has run down the batteries to a point I don't think you can restore them.
So that is a minimum of $600 for batteries to get it to run. When it does - it runs fine - suspension is cushy, motor/drive system AOK. The old resitive speed controller is funky but functional. That would be the second item I'd upgrade after batteries. The roof is included as is the windshield.
Roof is sundamaged as is normall, Windshield is good and I believe you can buff it to look like new. Oh, if only I had the time, a bigger workshop, more enthusiasm, and a few thousand this could be a cool classic. CHARGER Included The Lestronic II charger has a bit of case denting but the electronics are fine and of course they're very rugged. When I picked this up on Craigslist the intent was to have a faster vehicle than my 10 mph mobility scooter so that when exercising my dogs here in the country I'd be able to keep up better when they chase a coyote. With so much space on the cart, I could add a carpeted grip place for my Lassie Collie who has bad front leg joints.
She has to ride with me when the dogs take off to run down a coyote so they can play with it. My Borzoi shows off her athletic skills such that no coyote can touch her. Drives them to exhaustion! She can leap over, dodge, and out run any coyote. Russian Wolfhounds hunted wolves for hundreds of years during the Romanoff Dynasty.
They still catch wolves today! (see YouTube) Give TeeBirdy a home where she can rise up and run about once again! She'll fly like a bird. Local Pickup in Escalon, California 95320 Easy location on Hwy 120 (ranch). You'll need a trailer with ramp, a come along or winch to pull get it up ramp, etc.
