External 48 volt charger is included. Cart has been kept in the garage and it's in fantastic shape---paint still has new shine! Clean inside and out.48 Volt external charger included. Rear Seat - OEM style, does not flip down. The rear seat cushion can be removed if needed in order to haul items on the grate.
