You are looking at a beautiful, fully custom built 2007 Yamaha G19 limo golf cart with every imaginable upgrade and custom feature. We took this cart in on trade, then completely tricked it out from the frame up.
We installed a brand new custom Jakes 6" spindle lift kit with brand new 14" black machined 6 spoke split star aluminum rims with 23" all trail tires. We shot the car in Kevlar Line X black including the roof. We did the upholstery in two tone black on gray carbon fiber diamond print with black piping and added padding for a thicker appearance. We installed brand new LED headlights and tail lights with smoked lenses and a new LED light bar up front. We installed all brand new batteries, cables and terminals with new battery hold downs.
Every aspect of this car has been built both inside and out. Needs absolutely nothing!! EXTERIOR:Obviously the most stunning feature of this car is the black kevlar finish. We shot the side rockers and entire roof inside and out to match. We blacked out all of the roof supports and trim accents too.
We added brand new 14" MZ racing alloy rims with 23" all trail all terrain tires and black lug nuts with billet adapters. We built a custom dark smoke tinted windshield and blacked out the entire dash and dash surround. Obviously this car has the rear flip seat kit on the back too. You can flip the seat over to expose a black diamond plate utility bed underneath. Perfect for hauling large items or a cooler to the park or the beach.
INTERIOR:Look closely and you'll notice the entire interior of this cart is blacked out to match. We painted all of the roof supports and seat frame rails in satin black. We did the upholstery in 2-tone black carbon fiber over gray carbon fiber diamond print pattern with black exterior piping. We added 2 inches of additional padding inside the seats themselves to give them a thicker (more comfortable) appearance. Look closely and you will notice we made special black matching grab rail covers for all seat arm rests and rear passenger grab bars.
This helps for those hot summer days when the metal arm rest's might be hot. With the custom covers, it allows you to use the arm rests and grab bars with no worry of burning your hands. ELECTRONICS & POWERTRAIN:This car has all brand new sealed maintenance free high performance batteries installed 7-20-2022. We re built the inner battery compartment then installed brand new high power batteries with all new 4 gage terminals and battery cables. We used all stainless nuts and hardware on each terminal with appropriate lock washers and nuts.
We installed a custom (built in) smart charger, just like a GEM car then installed a custom GEM car charge port to make charging as simple as possible Simply plug in any standard 3 prong (110) extension cord into the charge port receptacle and the car does everything for you. No need to haul around a bulky charger - we built it in to this car. We just installed a brand new Pioneer Bluetooth sound system with hands free calling. We also installed full custom interior and underbody multi color LED lighting with remote control function. This allows you to choose any color you like (red, blue, green, white, orange, purple, pink etc) - or you can choose multi color flashing or blinking mode, or you can choose to have the lights dance to the beat of the music.
We installed an added 12v auxiliary battery hidden up under the front seat, which powers all of the lighting and sound system upgrades independently from the car. This allows you to park at the beach or the camp ground and listen to the sound system and power the LED lighting without having the ignition on. We just installed a custom front LED light bar too and new 48v digital battery gage. Everything on the car is powered by it's own switch so you can select any feature independently as you choose. We also just installed brand new LED headlights and tail lights too with smoke tinted lenses.
We just installed a brand new 8.6HP high power D&D motor too for much better torque and speed. OVERALL: Here at EV Designs, we specialize in custom GEM electric vehicles. FLAWS:As with any pre owned vehicle, small imperfections such as nicks, chips, scratches, scuffs or wear marks "could be" present. In looking over this entire vehicle (inside and out), the only real imperfection we can notice is the previous owner had a small gouge in the outer right side back body panel. We tried to fix it as best as possible, prior to shooting the kevlar finish, however - you can still see a little if you really look close.
Aside from this, there's nothing else we can really notice. This cart is beautiful in every way. We have provided lot's of close up photo's showing the car as best as we can.
