This cart was purchased new in spring of 1991. In March of 2016, the accelerator broke. Changing circumstances made its utility much less important. It has been stored in a garage since then. It was used pretty extensively for the first 25 years in the non-winter months for transporting people and cargo around about 40 acres of property.

LAST CHANCE - THIS ITEM MUST BE PICKED UP BY SUNDAY, MARCH 2!! This 1991 electric Yamaha cart ( 6 battery model) was purchased new in 1991. This sale includes the pictured charger. It is not designed for playing golf, as the rear is set up for carrying cargo, or flip the seat up and 2 more people can be carried (as shown in the 2nd & 3rd pictures). The batteries were replaced several times over the years.

Its utility for carrying cargo on trails in the woods, putting firewood on the back with bungee cords was very good. Gravel & dirt in buckets was also another very handy feature. Carrying coolers to a party area by a pond was also a common use. In March of 2016, the accelerator broke. The cart has been stored in a garage since that time.

It would almost certainly need new batteries, probably some wires and of course have the accelerator fixed. There was a burning smell, and it was hot when the accelerator malfunctioned. The cart had to be towed to the garage by the lawn tractor which I also have for sale. This cart also comes with the charger shown. The charger was used in 1991, when we got the cart new, but worked flawlessly for the 25 years the cart was in use.
