Battery is dead but spins over with a jump. Shifter cables are frozen. Biggest issue is the frame where the rear swing arm mounts is rotted. It either needs to be replaced or possible repaired. Roof is in good shape.

No cracks. Steering and brakes seem fine. Again, this is a project or use for parts.Cart is for sale as is where is and must be picked up. I can help load if buyer pays for and arranges shipping. Deposit is due within 24 hours.
