Hi. I’m looking to buy a gift for my husband to present when we get the keys to our vacation home near Savannah. Would love to be able to see if this would be a possibility. It says local pick up on one part but then says ships in US in another part. Can you confirm? I live in VA and GA. I assume this can be used on the golf course but can we use it to ride around our community? Thank you
