Hi, I am interested in this Pennine buggy but I do not know the make so: - 1/ First can I assume this is in working order because of 'recently' new batteries? 2/ you measure the height at 1550mm does the steering wheel assembly fold back for loading? 3./ Also does the seat come off and the bag holder as my car only has a height of 710mm at shortest? 4./ Also does the frame come apart or do I need ramps?
